Country Singles Events provides ticket holders with an opportunity to meet others at events hosted by Country Singles Events and to mutually agree to match after an event.
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to Country Singles Events.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for registering with Country Singles Events and for participation in all Country Singles Events events. You may terminate your registration at any time without explanation upon notifying Country Singles Events in writing or via the online unsubscribe function.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our events without notice upon any breach of this agreement by you which is brought to our attention.
Until such time though, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are registered with us or participate in any Country Singles Events matchmaking service.
By registering with Country Singles Events or participating in Country Singles Events events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Country Singles Events takes all reasonable steps to keep all information supplied by you confidential.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to review and change any of the terms by updating these terms at its sole discretion. Any changes take immediate effect once updated on our website.
Country Singles Events is referred to as "our", "we", "us" and "its" throughout these Terms and Conditions.
Any reference in this agreement to “you” or "your" refers to any person accessing or browsing this website.
Any reference in this agreement to a “registered member” refers to any person who is registered with Country Singles Events.
You accept the terms by clicking to accept or agree to the terms where this option is made available to you when creating a Country Singles Events profile.
If you are booking for more than one person, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on their behalf and made them aware of these terms and their obligations.
By purchasing a ticket to an event or joining an event waitlist you agree to receive future event invitations and marketing material. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or on our website.
Country Singles Events may offer you the opportunity to attend singles events run by Country Singles Events. Events have a specific age range and you must fall within that range to attend.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to check your photo ID to confirm your name and age at any event. If you refuse to show identification when requested, participation will be refused and no refund will be provided.
You must be 18 years or older to attend an event. Country Singles Events does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18.
If misleading or false information is provided, including incorrect age or false identity, you may be refused entry and will not receive a refund.
By attending an event and creating a profile you consent to Country Singles Events displaying your photo and first name to other registered attendees at the same event. Your selected contact details may be shared only with mutual matches.
You may delete your profile at any time from your account.
If an event must be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, insufficient attendance, venue changes or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund minus trybooking.com processing fees.
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event you will receive a full refund minus trybooking.com processing fees.
If you have purchased a ticket you agree to arrive at least 15 minutes early and remain until the completion of the event.
Inappropriate, offensive or abusive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund and a ban from future events.
While we aim for equal numbers of male and female attendees, this cannot always be guaranteed due to cancellations or no-shows.
By attending a Country Singles Events event you waive, release and discharge Country Singles Events and event sponsors from any claims relating to injury, illness, property damage or loss arising from participation in an event.
You agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by event hosts. Country Singles Events reserves the right to reject or cancel your entry for safety or operational reasons.
You acknowledge that Country Singles Events or venue management may remove you from an event if required for health, safety or security reasons.
You accept full responsibility for your own behaviour, communications and interactions with other attendees both during and after events.
Country Singles Events does not conduct background checks or police checks on attendees.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, aggression or actions that negatively impact other guests.
Service may be refused under circumstances including complaints from attendees, intoxication, misleading information, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to follow event instructions.
Country Singles Events also reserves the right to refuse participation where suitable event matches are not available or where attendance balance cannot be maintained.
