Terms & Conditions
Country Singles Events provides ticket holders with an opportunity to meet others at events hosted by Country Singles Events and to mutually agree to match after an event.
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to Country Singles Events.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for registering with Country Singles Events, for participation in all Country Singles Events events. You may terminate your registration at any time without explanation, upon notifying Country Singles Events in writing or via the online Unsubscribe function.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our events, without notice, upon any breach of this agreement by you which is brought to our attention.
Until such time though, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are registered with us or participate in any Country Singles Events and matchmaking service.
By registering with Country Singles Events, participating in Country Singles Events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Country Singles Events takes all reasonable steps to keep all information supplied by you confidential.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to review and change any of the terms by updating these terms at its sole discretion. Any changes to the terms take immediate effect and will be updated on our web site.
Definitions

Country Singles Events is referred to as "our", "we", "us" and "its" throughout the Terms and Conditions.

Any reference in this agreement to “you” or "your" is a reference to any person accessing or browsing this website.

Any reference in this agreement to a “registered member” is a reference to any person who is a registered member of Country Singles Events.
Acceptance of the Terms
You accept the terms by clicking to accept or agree to the terms where this option is made available to you by Country Singles Events profile page. If you are booking for more than one person, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on their behalf and made them aware of these terms and conditions and their obligations hereunder. By purchasing a ticket to an event, joining an event waitlist, you agree to receive future event invitations and marketing material. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of our email invitations or in the footer on our web site..
Events Policy
Country Singles Events may offer you the opportunity to attend singles events run by Country Singles Events. The events have a specific age range and you must be within that range to be eligible to attend the event.
Country Singles Events reserves the right to check your photo ID to confirm your name and age at any of our events. If you refuse to show your photo ID when asked, we will refuse your participation in the event. No refund of any payment will be made under these circumstances.
To attend an event run by Country Singles Events you must be 18 years or older. Country Singles Events does not accept any registrations to our singles database by people under the age of 18.
If we have been made aware that you have provided any misleading or false personal information to us, you will be refused from attending any of Country Singles Events’ events and you will not be issued with a refund under these circumstances. This includes the use of false names and/or providing an incorrect age.
By attending a Country Singles Events event and creating a profile, you consent to Country Singles Events displaying your photo and first name to anyone who has registered to use our platform for the same event. In addition to your photo and first name, only your preferred contact details that you have selected when creating your profile, such as your mobile number or email address, will be shared with any 'mutual' matches you receive. You can delete your profile at any time by clicking 'Delete Profile' within your profile.
You can unsubscribe from Country Singles Events at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any event invitation emails we send you.
Cancellation Policy
Should an event need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, insufficient numbers, venue changes or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund minus trybooking.com processing fees.
If we receive a cancellation request from you at least 48 hours prior to the event you will receive a full refund minus trybooking.com processing fees.
If you have purchased a ticket to an event then you agree to arrive at least 15 minutes early and remain until the completion of the event.
If we become aware that your behaviour has been inappropriate, offensive, or abusive to other guests or staff, you may be removed from the event without any refund and you will be banned from attending future events.
While we aim to have an equal number of male and female attendees at every event, this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible due to attendee no-shows and last minute cancellations. While we do understand that people’s schedules can change, we ask our guests to notify us with as much notice as possible so we can invite another guest to take your place.
Waiver and Release

I waive, release and discharge Country Singles Events and the event sponsors from all claims or causes of action I may have arising from any injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by me including personal injury, illness or death and/or loss or damage to any property (in so far as this does not breach the provisions of the relevant Australian Consumer Law) arising either directly or indirectly out of my attendance at or participation in any event organised by Country Singles Events or out of my attendance or participation in any date arranged by Country Singles Events.

I agree to adhere to all event rules and conditions. I understand that I must follow and obey all directions and instructions given by event hosts. Country Singles Events reserve the right in their discretion to reject or cancel my entry to an event at any time, including without limitation for safety of other guests or insurance reasons.

I acknowledge that Country Singles Events or the venue management may remove me from any event area:

on medical, health, safety or security grounds (including to prevent possible harm or injury to myself or any other person),

to prevent damage to any property,
-
if my behaviour is inappropriate, offensive, or abusive.

I indemnify and will keep indemnified Country Singles Events and each event sponsor against any inappropriate conversations I may have with any other guests at any event as well as communications, dates or meetings that I arrange on my own volition and on my own time with others who have participated in an Country Singles Events. I agree that I take sole and complete responsibility for all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

Country Singles Events does not make any guarantees of any kind in relation to its services.

I indemnify and will keep indemnified Country Singles Events, each event sponsor and each dating venue operator for the actions of myself or any person that I may meet through an Country Singles Events event.

I take sole and complete responsibility for all of my actions that might occur during any event, meeting, communication or date.

While Country Singles Events does screen the information guests provide in their online registration form in order to place them into the most suitable group possible, we do not perform character checks, background checks or police checks of any kind on any individuals participating in our events
Country Singles Events Reserves the Right
Country Singles Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave, or to arrange for your removal if you do not voluntarily leave, after being granted entry, for reasons such as intoxication, aggression, bullying or any other inappropriate behaviour that may offend others or put any of our guests, staff or our reputation at risk.
We may refuse our service to you under any of the following circumstances:

Complaints have been made about your behaviour or demeanour by other attendees at any event or date.

Have left during an event without good reason and without first advising Country Singles Events staff of this reason. Please note that leaving an event without good reason results in disadvantage to the remaining attendees.

Have become intoxicated at a previous event or date.

If we have no guests of the opposite sex who are close to your age, for the event you have purchased a ticket for.

If you have previously met two or more attendees at one of our speed dating events.

In order to keep an even ratio of male to female attendees.

If we are not able to transfer your ticket to a friend for any reason.

Have acted inappropriately towards other event attendees, Country Singles Events staff or venue staff at a previous event or date.

Have provided a false age or misleading information when purchasing a ticket to an event or creating a matchmaking profile.

Have not provided your real name when registering to receive event invitations, purchasing a ticket, or creating a matchmaking profile.

Have not provided sufficient proof of your name or age when asked.

Have not followed the instructions or direction of Country Singles Events staff during a previous event.

At a previous event, have acted in such a way that caused disruption to the running of an event or negatively affected the experience of other event attendees.
